How to obtain Advice from eDoctor.

We offer you medical advice confidentially for your medical problems as your own family physician. You can obtain medical advice from eDoctor either by registering with us as a Member or as a Visitor.
As a Member you will receive eDoctors advice at a lesser cost, for a period of one year, according to the package of your choice. Click here to learn more about benefits of being a Member.
You can receive one to one medical advice from eDoctor even without being a member by entering the Visitor’s area.
As soon as you forward your medical problem to eDoctor, our panel of “on call” doctors will respond with most appropriate medical advice.
If you are a Member, eDoctors advice will appear in your eDoctor account as well as in your email inbox.
If you are a Visitor, eDoctors advice will go to your email inbox only. A visitor is allowed to contact the online doctor only once with a single payment.
